VSP Out-of-Network Benefits

We’re not in-network with VSP, but its super simple to apply for reimbursement on prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses after purchasing.

   Log in to vsp.com to complete a claim form or submit it along with your itemized receipt to this address:

2. Attach Receipt – We’ll include a receipt with your purchase.
3. Submit claim form and receipt
4. Get money back

After submitting your claim, you’ll typically be reimbursed within 2-3 weeks. (Depending on your provider, it can be faster or slower).
